Pat uses another example from the book Switch (of course using a nice affiliate link to amazon, who wouldn't?).
With his example (using report cards) he describes how we are wired to see bad things first. Therefore we want to fix what's wrong ... So far so good ...
Now the strange part (at least confusing to me). He says we should instead focus on what's working when trying to improve our blogs/businesses, etc ...
I understand that it's not healthy to worry all the time about what's not working, ... but I guess, our visitors/readers/customers are wired the very same way. Thus when they arrive at our blogs/businesses they will first notice the bad things ... shouldn't we try to remove them as fast as possible?
